Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs boneless mutton,cut in big pieces


  • 4 tbsp raw papaya,grinded


  • 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper,crushed


  • 1/2 tsp cumin


  • 1 tsp caraway


  • 1 nos nutmeg,crushed


  • 1/4 tsp mace(nutmeg covering shell),crushed


  • 6 nos green chillies,crushed


  • 1 tbsp ginger,crushed


  • 1 tbsp garlic,crushed


  • 200 ml fresh cream


  • 6 tbsp thick yogurt


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Mash mutton so that it will be easily cooked.
  • Marinate mutton with Crushed raw papaya,salt and cornflour,keep it aside for minimum 2 hrs.
  • Now add all the rest ingredients and marinate it for another 2 hrs.
  • Kebab can be made by either grilled,foiled in an oven or just fry it in hot oil.
  • If you are frying in a pan,if you keep a steel plate filled with embers, you can give it an grilling taste.
